INTEGRATING THE BROKEN HEART
A Men’s Mid-Life Awakening Cohort
with Ananda Amit Angelo
There is a moment in many men’s lives when something breaks —
a relationship, a marriage, an identity, a sense of direction.
This is often called a mid-life crisis.
I see it as an initiation.

Based on my own lived experience of heartbreak and awakening, I created this small group for men who sense that their pain is not a mistake — but a message.
This is not about fixing yourself or “moving on”.
It is about integrating what has broken open, so you don’t carry it forward unconsciously into the next chapter of your life.

Relationships are powerful mirrors.
When one ends — or loses its aliveness — it reveals the unseen contracts, wounds, and longings that were shaping it.

In this cohort, we will slow down enough to see clearly:

-
what this loss is asking of you
-
what patterns are ready to end
-
and how this crisis can become a turning point rather than a repetition
Belonging is not something you earn by composure.
Belonging is what remains when you stop controlling your expression.
